Doug Ramshaw

Doug Ramshaw is a senior mining executive and corporate director with over 30 years of experience in the mineral resource sector, focused on capital markets, project evaluation, M&A, and business development strategies that drive corporate growth. He served as President and Director of Minera Alamos Inc. for more than seven years, guiding the company from development through to gold production. Doug was also a Director of Great Bear Resources, from pre-discovery in 2016 through to its $1.8 billion acquisition by Kinross Gold. A former mining analyst with a London brokerage, he holds a BSc in Mining Geology from the Royal School of Mines, Imperial College London. His proven discovery-to-production track record and deep capital markets relationships make him an invaluable strategic resource for Ekometall.
