OUR PROJECTS

9,940 km² of Strategic Mineral Tenure Across Austria’s Historic Mining Districts

Ekometall holds the largest consolidated mineral exploration portfolio in Austria, spanning four distinct project groups across the country’s most historically productive metallogenic belts. Every target in our pipeline began as centuries-old archival data — and every one is being advanced toward drill-ready status using modern AI-assisted exploration methods.

The Ekometall Process

Most of the world’s next major mineral discoveries won’t come from unexplored wilderness — they’ll come from re-examining what was already found. Austria has thousands of years of mining history and centuries of detailed geological records. The problem is that most of this data has been locked in handwritten archives, in regional German dialects, inaccessible to modern analysis — until now.

Ekometall has built a proprietary, repeatable process for transforming that data into drill-ready targets. Working with technical partner GexplORE, we apply AI-assisted analysis to digitize, translate, and georeference historical records spanning five centuries of Austrian mining activity. The result is a four-phase pipeline that moves systematically from archive to drill hole — and that gets smarter with every block we process.

OUR PROJECTS
Four project groups advancing across Austria's most prospective mineral districts

Each group is anchored in a distinct metallogenic setting with its own geological character, infrastructure advantages, and centuries of mining heritage. Together, they represent the broadest systematic exploration effort ever undertaken in Austria.
